No expense was spared in providing Macushla with the best in electronics: a 98 mile 25kw radar to find the birds, along with Simrad’s best transducers and sounders. Two air conditioners provide for cooling in the cabin as well as the cockpit.

Team Torneio de Peixes de Bico from Brazil returned to win the overall for top anglers after finishing second in 2016. The floor plan has been changed to allow more space to roam with a U-Shaped bar that features a commercial sink and ample storage for ice, dry goods and kitchen equipment. A large teak table-top sits 8 people comfortable or can be used for serving meals. Located in Playa Tamarindo.
Marlin was custom-designed and equipped for Marlin del Rey Sailing Tours of Costa Rica. The design features multiple seating areas plus an enlarged salon roof. The aft beam has been widened and safety rails added to allow guests to be closer to the sailing experience. A refrigerator, microwave, commercial sink and ample storage have been added to the enlarged bar. A teak centerpiece table and u-shaped settees create a “yacht-like” ambiance. Power demands are met by a 24 v DC wind power/inverter system and high output engine charging system. A water slide, several swim ladders and a 14’ rigid inflatable add to the fun.
Matching the size and beautiful of her sister ships, Marlin del Rey & New Marlin, she boasts a length of 65 feet with a 30 foot beam and capabilities of reaching 25 knots under the power of twin 315 Cummins Diesel Turbo engines.

Gratuity for the crew not included on any charter and suggested at 15 to 20% of total charter rate it is to be given directly to the captain at the end of each charter. From 15%-20% of the daily rate charter. We promise our crew will work for every cent of it. A Costa Rica fishing license is needed $15 pp
